Privacy notice

Who we are

This notice is provided by the TuranOS Project (“we”) as the data controller under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect

When you apply for early access: your name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, the profile you are interested in, your device and a note. For security we also store a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string.

Why

To inform you about TuranOS test builds and to ask for your feedback, and to protect the form against spam and abuse. The legal basis is your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (art. 5/2-f).

Sharing and storage

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is stored on servers in a data centre in the Netherlands; this transfer abroad (KVKK art. 9) is based on your explicit consent. It is kept until you withdraw your consent or the early access programme ends.

Your rights

Under KVKK article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact details are given below.
