alpha.10: Windows programs with a double-click
Wine and 32-bit support in the image; .exe files open with the Windows Program Runner.
Wine 10 and wine32:i386 are now in the image. .exe files open with the Windows Program Runner by default.
In testing, the WinRAR 7.23 installer opened after a double-click and confirmation in Dolphin; Wine prepared its environment on first run (~4 minutes in a VM).
For safety, running an .exe straight from the browser is disabled: you open downloaded programs from the file manager after confirming.
